All insurance transactions handled by Gresham Underwriting Limited are subject to our Terms of Business Agreement.
Gresham Underwriting Limited ("Gresham") is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We follow the rules and principles established by the FCA for our general insurance business activities. Our authorisation status can be checked on the FCA's register by visiting the website www.fca.org.uk/register or by contacting the FCA by telephone on 0345 606 1234. Our Firm Reference Number ("FRN") is 670467.
Gresham provides all types of non-life insurance products and are not tied to any one insurer.
Handling of Information - Use of Email
The information contained in E-mail from Gresham is confidential and may be subject to legal privilege. Access to this E-mail by anyone other than the intended recipient is unauthorised. If you are not the intended recipient you must not use copy distribute or disclose the E-mail or any part of its contents or take any action reliant upon it. If you have received an E-mail in error please notify us immediately. All reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure that no viruses are present in E-mail. As Gresham cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from the use of E-mail or any attachment we recommend you subject these to your usual virus checking procedures prior to use.
Please contact us if you are unsure of any of the wordings used or referred to in quotations. We will be happy to provide examples. Any terms quoted are valid for thirty days from the date of the E-mail and are subject to notification and approval by Underwriters of any claims or increase in risk occurring prior to inception. Underwriters reserve the right to review terms in the event of any such notification. Please examine quotations carefully and if either the terms do not comply with your instructions or the security is unacceptable please advise us immediately. You are reminded that failure to disclose all material facts which Insurers would regard as likely to influence their acceptance or assessment of this insurance could result in the contract of insurance being voided. If in any doubt as to whether particular facts are material they should immediately be disclosed.
